对烟叶主要化学指标与其评吸质量进行了相关分析,结果表明:总糖、还原糖、糖碱比、钾等化学指标与香气质、香气量、杂气、余味等评吸质量呈正相关,而与尽头和浓度呈负相关.总氮、烟碱、蛋白质等化学指标与香气质、香气量、杂气、刺激性和余味等评吸质量呈显著负相关,而与尽头和浓度呈正相关.通过这次分析能够为卷烟产品的配方设计提供理论依据.
Abstract:The main chemical components and smoking quality of tobacco leaves were analyzed,which showed that there was positive correlation between the chemical components such as total sugar,reduce sugar,ratio of sugar to nicotine,and potassium etc.,and the smoking quality such as quality and concentration of aroma,offensive taste,irritancy,remaining taste and so on, but had negative correlation with the physiological strength and taste strength.The chemical(indexes,) for example,total nitrogen,nicotine,and protein,etc,had obvious negative correlation with the smoking quality,such as the quality and concentration of aroma,offensive taste,irritancy,remaining taste and so on,but had positive correlation with the physiological strength and taste strength.The analysis can provide theoretical foundation for the prescription design of cigarette.
