梨品种枝条可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量变化规律与抗寒性的关系

摘要:

对5个抗寒性不同的梨品种在休眠期间枝条内可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量及变化规律的研究结果表明,可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量随着温度的下降而升高,抗寒性强的品种可溶性糖含量高,且与抗寒力呈显著正相关,而脯氨酸含量与抗寒力强弱没有明显的相关性.

Abstract:

We studied on the soluble sugar and proline content, and changing regular of five pear cultivars which had different cold resistance during the dormancy stage. The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar and proline increased gradually with the reducing of temperature. The stronger cold resistance cultivars had higher soluble sugar content. The soluble sugar had positively high significance related to the cold resistance, but the proline content had no obvious correlation with hardiness.
