果蔬贮藏保鲜技术的研究现状和发展趋势

摘要:

果蔬贮藏保鲜是果蔬产业化生产时减少损失,保值、增值的基础,随着人们生活水平的提高,对新鲜高质量和高营养食物的需求不断增加,从而推动了新鲜果蔬贮藏方法的发展.为此,主要探讨了目前国内外果蔬贮藏保鲜应用的各种技术,分析了果蔬贮藏保鲜技术研究方面的新情况与新进展.

Abstract:

The fruits and vegetables store maintaining freshness is reduce lose,store the value,the increment foundation when the fruits and vegetables industrial production.Along with the people living standards enhancement,to fresh,high grade and high nutrition food demand increases unceasingly,thus impelled the fresh fruits and vegetables to store the method the development.Therefore,discussed domestic and foreign present,in the fruits and vegetables store maintaining freshness application each kind of technology,analysised the fruits and vegetables to store the maintaining freshness engineering research aspect the new situation and the new progress.
